A traditional and often organic trade fair featuring the sweet and savoury, milk products, cold meats, pastries and much more. The Envies Culinaires food fair is all about flavours and aromas, a gastronomic fair dedicated to taste sensations and fine dining.
Many activities and events honour culinary creativity such as cooking classes suitable for all. Contests and activities accompany the Grand Prix de France des Arts de la table (The French Tableware Championships) and the Championnat de France des cuisiniers amateurs (Amateur Cookery Championships) with the most talented chefs receiving rewards.
